We were thrilled to welcome over 150 Old Wellenisans back to School for our 100th Association Reunion on Saturday 22nd June.
From Luxembourg, Switzerland and Germany to the USA, Australia and New Zealand, Wells Cathedral School welcomed former pupils from all corners of the world and throughout the UK. The School also welcomed seven Heads and former Heads of both Wells and other schools. Above, Mr John Birch, OW from the year of 1949, was invited along with Head Master, Mr Alastair Tighe to cut the cake.
As well as the evening dinner, OWs were offered tours of the school, afternoon tea with former Head Master Mr John Baxter, and a programme of music to celebrate 50 years since the Music School was opened in what is now called Quilter Hall. Thank you to all who made it such a special occasion.
