We were delighted to welcome OWs Alaric Saludo (2002)Neil Tully (1981)Alex Curtis (2009)Alice Obradovic (2015)Charlotte Sheaf (2007)John Machlin (former staff member) and Nike Koch (1999) plus other special guest speakers, back to Wells at the end of last term for our annual Careers' Fair. After a trip down memory lane with supper in the Dining Hall, our speakers shared their experiences in a wide range of careers with current Y10, 11 and Lower Sixth pupils.

Neil Tully (shown above) is talking about hospitality and becoming a Master of Wine.  Alex Curtis, explained Geology and her work as a GIS Consultant (GIS is Geographic Information System; software that blends the power of a map with the power of a database to allow people to create, manage and analyse information, particularly information about a  location).  Who knew?!

It was a really fantastic evening, and we are so grateful to all of them for giving up their time to come along and inspire the next generation of Wellensians. If this is something you might like to get involved with next time, please do drop Sarah in the Development Team an email at s.purdon@wells-cathedral-school.com.
